2. Description of Service
GetHandy.sg provides an online platform that connects homeowners seeking to obtain services with freelance handymen capable of providing those services. We act solely as a mediator and do not provide or perform any services directly.
3. User Responsibilities
Homeowners: GetHandy.sg serves solely as a communication facilitator between homeowners and independent handymen. As a homeowner, you are responsible for selecting your handyman and negotiating the terms of service directly with them. Please note that GetHandy.sg does not participate in or influence these agreements or interactions. It is essential that you carefully assess and choose the handyman who best meets your requirements.
Service Provider: You are not employees of GetHandy.sg and are expected to carry your own insurance and abide by local laws and regulations pertaining to service provision.
4. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify GetHandy.sg of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
5. Content
All content provided on the platform must comply with local legislation and standards. You may not post or transmit content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.
6. Limitation of Liability
GetHandy.sg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold GetHandy.sg, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service, your connection to the service, your violation of the T&Cs, or your violation of any rights of another.

GetHandy.sg may terminate your access to all or any part of the website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
